Other Alternative Methods To Straighten You Hair -
In addition to the hair mask treatments, you can also incorporate some other alternatives to enhance your straightening effects. Practicing the below methods individually can only give you short term results( Maybe for 2-3 hrs). But if you combine it with the above treatments, you may have better and long-lasting results. All these methods are suitable for both men and women. Hence anyone can try these out.
#Tip 1 : Combing Damp Hair -
It's very much true that combing wet hair can cause more hair fall. But here we would be discussing about the ways we should comb a damp hair to make it straight and silky.

After you rinse your hair towel dry it properly.
You should not rub or squeeze water from it using a towel. Instead, just pat dry or run your towel gently through your hair to absorb all the water content.
Let it air dry for a few minutes. Once your hair is 60% dry detangle it using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Now partition the hair into small sections and slowly comb it from roots to the ends.
Do not put excessive pressure on the roots. Be Gentle with your hair strands.
Repeat it for all the sectioned hair stands. Leave it as it is.
Now let it air dry completely.
You will notice a huge difference in your hair texture. Do not practice this method regularly. Do it when you feel your hair requires a touch-up!
# Tip 2 : Wrapping your Hair Before Bed -
Sounds very unconventional right? But trust me it works. You need to do this on your clean and damp hair before going to bed.

Center partition your hair and then divide it into a small section.
Take a small section from the right side and comb it well.
Now bring it across the forehead to the left side. Secure with some bobby pins.
Now take a section from the left and bring it over to the right-hand side.
Repeat the steps for all sectioned hair and finally tie up the unpinned hair to a bun.
Wrap your head with a silk or cotton cloth. Secure with some pins if required.
Go to sleep and wake up with straight and voluminous hair !!
# Tip 3 : Apple Cider Vinegar -
Apple cider vinegar balances your hair and scalp's pH. It flattens and closes the hair cuticles by lowering the pH level. This makes your hair smoother and shinier. It also reduces frizziness and breakage of hair strands.

Take 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and add 1 cup of water to dilute it.
Mix well and transfer it to a spray bottle.
Now after you shampoo and condition, spray the mixture to every inch of your hair.
Run your fingers through the hair strands to straighten it out.
Let it sit for 2-3 mins.
Now just pour 1-2 cup ( maximum) of water onto your hair.
Towel dry gently.
You can use this method on every alternate day to achieve and maintain a shiny, smooth hair texture instantly.
Now you must be excited enough to try these out. But before that let me remind you these cannot be permanent hair straightening methods. You can only get a smooth, straight silky hair texture temporarily. But practicing these methods constantly and regularly will definitely make quite good changes to your hair.
