So, today I have a very simple starter recipe for you. Now we all must be well versed with chicken, fish, veg, and paneer starters. So how about trying something different yet super delicious with Mushrooms?
Yes, you heard it right! Though I have tasted mushroom recipes a long time back I have never prepared them by myself. Then I thought why not try out something simple and in case it turns out well, I can also share it with you guys!
Hence, after referring to many recipes and videos I came across the Garlic Mushroom recipe which instantly stole my heart. The procedure was so simple that I could prepare them at the very next moment if I had mushrooms available with me. Anyways, since I was not so lucky, I tried it out the next day after buying some mushrooms from the store. And seriously guys, it’s such a yummy dish that even children would love to have them.
I would definitely recommend trying them ASAP after reading the recipe. So without any further ado let’s get started !!
Easy Garlic Butter Mushroom Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time : 15 minutes | Total Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients
For Preparing Garlic Butter Mushroom
400 gm button mushrooms
1 large onion
20-25 garlic cloves
3-4 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
¼ tsp crushed red chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp white vinegar
¼ cup of chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Preparation Of Garlic Mushroom Recipe
Cut the mushrooms into two halves and either grate the garlic cloves or finely chop them. Set aside.
Now take a non-stick pan and add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Once the oil slightly heats up, add butter to it and allow it to melt fully.
Then add finely chopped onions to it and saute for 1-2 mins on medium heat.
After 2 mins add the mushrooms and fry them well for 2-3 min on high flame. Make sure they are not placed over one another.
Once they start changing their color switch the flame to medium and fry until they are golden brown.
After 5-6 mins add the finely grated/chopped garlic cloves and mix them well until the garlic releases its aroma.
Then add 1 tsp soya sauce, pepper powder, and ¼ tsp red chili flakes.
Next add salt as per required, vinegar and mix and fry them well for a minute.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and fry them for 5-6 mins on high flame.
Once done you can switch off the flame.
Tasty and delicious garlic mushroom is ready and can be served hot as a starter or as a side dish.
