We all love the very common vegetable Omelette that we usually prepare for lunch, dinner, or even breakfast. Omelette is the go-to recipe whenever we want to have something special for lunch and dinner. It's an easy, quick, healthy, and absolutely yummy dish.
Today I will be sharing another variety of Omelette which is quite popular and much easier to prepare - The Cheese Omelette. You can prepare it in a variety of ways, but today I will be sharing the simplest way to prepare it. You can definitely add some veggies like capsicum, tomatoes, onion to make it tastier and healthier.
So without any further ado, let's get started.

To Prepare cheese Omelette -
1 ½ tbsp raw milk
2 Cheese Cubes (Amul)
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste
How To Prepare Cheese Omelette
Preparation Of Cheese Omelette -
Take a bowl, crack 3 eggs into it and add some salt and pepper.
Add 1 ½ tbsp of raw milk and whisk it well until it forms a fluffy texture.
Next, grate the 2 cheese cubes and keep them aside.
Now take a frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil and allow it to become hot.
Once hot, pour in the egg mixture tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
Cook it on low flame and with a spatula direct the mixture away from the sides and into the middle.
Allow the remaining liquid to then flow into the space left at the sides of the pan.
When the egg is almost cooked add the grated cheese. Do not let the underside of the eggs brown.
Sprinkle some more pepper powder and salt on top of the cheese and gently fold the Omelette in a half-moon shape.
Continue to cook for another 30 seconds or until the Omelette is thoroughly cooked.
Serve it hot with some veggies if required.
